Echelon CAE services has the expertise in the Petro chemical industry. For pressure
equipment industry, ECS uses Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software to validate
the design and as an alternative to the testing of the equipments.
Solid Modeling and Drafting
As per ASME code compliance we carry out the Stress Analysis, Displacement Analysis,
Structural Analysis, Thermal Analysis, and Coupled Field Analysis, Response Spectrum
Analysis for various pressure vessels and Heat Exchangers, Steel Structures.
ASME Code Calculations
For pressure vessels design we use PVElite software along with in house spread sheet
calculations to complete ASME Code Calculations. We have expertise in Boilers, Pressure
Vessels, Heat Exchangers and piping codes.
